Terms & Conditions for First Home Buyer Special
Pricing: $2,250 (including GST and standard disbursements) for a completed purchase.
Inclusions: As an added bonus, we will also prepare a Will free of charge, provided it is completed within 6 months of settlement.
Timeline: This offer is available until 31 March 2027.
Eligibility: To qualify as a first home buyer, you must not have previously owned a property.
Exclusions: The special does not include the cost of specialist or third-party reports, such as builder’s reports or LIM reports.
Please note: If your purchase does not proceed or you choose not utilise our services anymore, we reserve the right to charge for the work completed up to that point. Further, any work outside the scope of a first home buyer is also chargeable in accordance with our Standard Terms of Engagement (2026).
