Biscoff Fudge

This week Courtney shares one of her most popular fudge recipes.

Biscoff Fudge

Ingredients:

  • One tin of condensed milk (395g)

  • 500g of white chocolate

  • 125g Biscoff spread (crunchy)

  • A dash of vanilla essence

  • Six Biscoff biscuits roughly chopped

Method:

  • Line a small rectangular tray with baking paper

  • Place the chopped chocolate and condensed milk into a pot

  • Melt on low / medium heat making sure that nothing sticks to the bottom - stir frequently

  • Once chocolate and condensed milk is combined remove from the heat and add the biscoff spread - fold through gently (do not over mix)

  • Pour into prepared tray and press down with a spoon

  • Place two generous tablespoons of biscoff spread into your pot and melt gently

  • Pour biscoff spread overtop of the fudge - (make sure the top is all covered)

  • Crush six biscuits and sprinkle on top of the biscoff spread - (press biscuits into spread using a spoon)

  • Store in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set and then cut into squares

  • Enjoy !!!
